Foundations Lab
Strategic framing fundamentals
A deep learning session for small teams focused on reviewing what you've already written: a policy draft, research summary, campaign concepts or existing messages.
We'll work through a process to surface the underlying language patterns that determine how your audience perceives and responds to your words.
Where is your messaging working for you? Where is it working against you? And what needs to shift?

Futures Lab
AI for Changemakers
A hands-on session for small teams exploring how to work intentionally with AI-generated language.
We apply the science of human communication to AI communication helping you shape and guide outputs from tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and other models so they align with your values, context and goals.
You’ll learn the essential elements of prompting and advanced techniques in prompt engineering, leveraging core concepts from language-driven change including conceptual metaphor, values priming and activation, and strategic framing to enhance the impact and resonance of your AI-generated or assisted content.
